The App is a study and training tool for Texas Hold'em. It provides strategy explanations, drills, hand-strength and equity calculators, and an offline scorekeeping ledger.
The App is not a gambling product. It offers no real-money or virtual-currency play, sells no chips, brokers no wagers of any kind, and takes no part in any transfer of funds.
You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, whichever is higher.
The legal status of poker-related activity varies by jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring that what you actually do complies with your local law. The App provides educational content and does not constitute legal advice.
The ledger is a record-keeping tool only. It stores the amounts that you and your friends enter yourselves, signs them, and syncs them between your devices.
We never handle money. We provide no payment, custody, clearing, or guarantee of any kind. Whether the entries are truthful, and whether anyone actually settles up afterwards, is entirely between you and the people you play with. If entries are disputed, the App can only display what is recorded on the chain; it has neither the authority nor the ability to adjudicate.
Strategy data comes from solver computation and is an approximation converged to a stated accuracy, not an absolute right answer. Content labelled as "consensus" comes from public charts rather than solver output — the App distinguishes the two explicitly.
We promise no outcome. Any winnings or losses arising from acting on the App's suggestions are yours alone.
Nicknames, notes, and amounts you enter belong to you. They live only on your device (see the Privacy Policy). We cannot access them and claim no rights over them.
The App's software, interface, graphics, and written explanations belong to the developer. You may use the App normally, but may not decompile it, redistribute it, or resell its content commercially.
The App is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the App.
Some features (postflop strategy, three-way river, and the daily puzzle) require membership, offered as an auto-renewing subscription in monthly, quarterly, and yearly tiers; prices are shown in the app and on the App Store.
These are Apple in-app purchases; refunds are handled by Apple under its policy.
